Salvation – the unmerited gift of God’s grace – Okujunwa – has been the cornerstone of my life and one of the most treasured gifts I have ever received, and this last year more than ever before, It has given me a profound sense of identity and an unshakable confidence amidst the ebb and flow of an ever-changing world. As we stand on the brink of a new year, I am filled with expectancy, eager to continue experiencing and enjoying the fruits of this divine gift.
In a world that constantly pushes us to define ourselves by transient standards, achievements, possessions or appearances, salvation has anchored my identity in something eternal. Through my relationship with God over the years, I have discovered who I truly am: loved, graced, redeemed, and chosen. This foundational truth has liberated me from the exhausting cycle of comparison. I no longer measure my worth against others because my value is rooted in the unchanging nature of God.
Knowing that my life’s impact, influence, and purpose are intricately tied to my Creator has given me unrelenting confidence. I now understand that the greatest treasure I offer to the world is birthed from my relationship with Him. This perspective has not only set me apart but also positions me to always navigate life with clarity and peace. I have grown to appreciate that the results of salvation including joy, hope, love, and purpose are the overflow of a heart firmly grounded in God’s eternal and precious promises.

During the year 2024, one of the most transformative aspects of my walk of salvation has been the privilege to serve God. I have realized that service is not merely an activity; it is an act of worship, an expression of love, and a pathway to growth. Over the years, I have witnessed how serving God has shaped my character, refined my wisdom, and deepened my consecration. 2024 was just a confirmation of the things God has wrought in me by His prevenient grace – Priestly Consecrations.
The service of God has also provided opportunities for rich experiences and spiritual maturity. Whether through acts of ministry, wigtyting or simply being a vessel of God’s love, I have seen His hand at work in and through me. This journey of service has taught me that the call to serve is as much about personal transformation as it is about impacting others. It is in serving that I have discovered my true purpose and found fulfillment in aligning my life with God’s divine plan. I believe that is why Paul encourages Christians saying “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men” Colossians 3:23. I would encourage everyone who has not figured out where or how to serve God, to do so in the best way possible.
As we step into a new year, my heart’s prayer is for an extraordinary outpouring of God’s blessings and a tangible manifestation of His presence in our lives. I invite you to embrace the journey of “WiGTyTing”—Who is God to You Today? Let this be a year of fresh revelations and deeper intimacy with Him. May we all walk boldly in our identity as children of God, serve with renewed passion, and experience His extraordinary grace in every aspect of our lives.
Friends, we wish you a year of blessing, purpose, impact, and the unrelenting joy that comes from daily encounters with the God who saves. May 2025 be marked by God’s evident work and His unfailing love as we continue to discover and reflect His glory and grace to the world.
Happy New Year!
