The Dawn of New Beginnings…

New beginnings can be A very interesting unfolding in our lives, and while it’s easy to always think that they come with comfortable adjustments, sometimes we must be able to receive them even when the adjustments are not comfortable.

The fact is that every new beginning is a conduit of change, and sometimes change can be brutal, sometimes it can be gloriously positive. So when a season of new beginnings burgeons, we should position ourselves so that our timing doesn’t find us unprepared for the change.

New beginnings can be obscure sometimes, hidden in happenings and events least expected, or even experiences in our lives that don’t actually look like it, yet in them is the very substance of our impartation, elevation and increase.

For some it can be in their career, ministry, relationships, business, marriage or family, character, vision or purpose and many other aspects through which God can intend to manifest the newness of things in people’s lives.

Nonetheless, whatever case may be for you, make sure you are positioned right for your timing in the season.

Many a time, we focus only on the things that can be seen by our physical eyes to confirm that new beginnings are happening in our lives, yet the greatest experiences of new beginnings happen inside us. We should be more grateful when God does something in our lives that will grow us and mature us enough to walk in a certain glory ahead of us.

So we’re not giving up. How could we! Even though on the outside it often looks like things are falling apart on us, on the inside, where God is making new life, not a day goes by without his unfolding grace. These hard times are small potatoes compared to the coming good times, the lavish celebration prepared for us. There’s far more here than meets the eye. The things we see now are here today, gone tomorrow. But the things we can’t see now will last forever. (2Cor4:16-18)

We should never forget that we live from the inside out, and therefore it is better when God does mighty things in us, so that the things that will happen through us carry substance. Once we mature inside, once God has wrought in us, once God’s character is established in us, it’s easy to see things happen for us on the outside. Internal experiences give us the wisdom to deal and cope with  the change outside.

So whatever change it is or maybe for you, whatever package your new beginnings have come in, carry the understanding that it can only be for your good. Remember, God remains constant through the trial and the change. So whether the change is brutal or polite, hold fast your confession, quickly adjust, and trust the lover of your soul to keep you. Know that everything he allows is for your sake, and that every detail works to your advantage and to God’s glory:

Stay Blessed.
